Children's Privacy

Nestosai is designed for families, but the AI coach is intended for adults and older teens, not for young children. This page explains who can use Nestosai, how we treat minors' information, and what parents and guardians can do.

Minimum age

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create a Nestosai account.
  • In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you must be at least 16, or the minimum age set by your country's data-protection law.
  • In some jurisdictions, parental or guardian consent is required for users under the age of majority.

We do not knowingly collect data from young children

Nestosai does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the minimum ages above without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have collected such information without the required consent, we will delete it promptly.

Parental rights

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child has created an account or provided personal data to Nestosai, you can:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about your child.
  • Request deletion of your child's account and data.
  • Ask us to stop further collection or processing.

To exercise these rights, contact privacy@nestosai.com from an email address we can use to verify your relationship with the child. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity before we act, in order to protect the child's data.

How minors' data is handled

  • The same isolation rules apply: a minor's private conversations are not exposed to other family members' AI sessions.
  • We do not use minors' personal data to train AI models.
  • We do not run targeted or behavioral advertising in Nestosai.
  • Sensitive AI features (e.g. open voice sessions) may be limited or require parental consent.
  • Safety filters and crisis-detection prompts are tuned to be more conservative for users under 18.
