how it works
When you write in, please include:
- The email address linked to your account.
- Your device and OS (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 17.4, or Pixel 8, Android 14).
- The app version (Settings → About).
- A short description of what you saw and what you expected.
Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, confirm, and your account and personal data will be removed. You can also request deletion from the web — see Account Deletion.
Can other family members read my private chats?
No. Private chats with the AI are isolated to your account. Group and shared spaces are clearly labeled, and only the insights you choose to share become visible to others. See Privacy Policy and Security overview.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Email privacy@nestosai.com from your account address with the subject "Data export" and we'll send you a portable copy.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and follow the email link we send. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check spam or contact support.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not Nestosai. Manage and cancel from your store account: App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS, or Play Store → Subscriptions on Android.
The AI said something inaccurate or upsetting. What should I do?
AI can be wrong. Use the in-app feedback option to report the message, or email us with the date and a short description so we can review. Nestosai is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
What languages do you support?
The app interface is available in English, Arabic, German, French, Spanish, and Dutch.
